We have a number of standard Garden Rooms to choose from, however if your wanting something a little different or maybe need something the suits your garden a little better.
We offer a bespoke service where we work with you to achieve your ideal space that fits in your garden perfectly. We can design and manufacture garden rooms in any shape and size along with fitting them out to your exact needs. From solar panels to a green roofs, anything is possible!
WHY ARE OUR GARDEN ROOMS SO AFFORDABLE?
Unlike our competitors, we don’t have a large showroom or a glamorous office. We have a modest manufacturing facility and all our office staff work from home, in turn this means we don’t have any big overheads, meaning we can pass this saving onto you the client.
PLANNING PERMISSION
Planning Permission is generally not required for our garden rooms, there are certain circumstances where planning is required but commonly all our garden rooms can be installed under permitted developments. Garden Rooms generally do not require planning permission because they fall within your permitted development rights. Garden rooms are classed as ‘outbuildings’ and as such can be built on your property without permission as long as you comply with permitted development guidelines. What might surprise you is that more often than not, you can have a Garden Room installed at your property without the hassle and expense of planning permission.
FOUNDATIONS
Generally our Garden Rooms are installed using steel ground screws, these are a proven method and especially fast, clean and efficient. Where ground screws are not feasible we will installed a tradition concert base, normally this would happen the week prior to your agreed installation date.
